A Cincinnati printing business, ASAP Custom Prints and Apparel, is taking action to assist 12 families that were displaced by an apartment fire in Delhi Township on Sunday. The fire broke out at Glenhaven Apartments around 2:40 a.m., causing smoke to billow into the air. Witnesses reported seeing the smoke, but no one was hurt in the incident. Despite their best efforts, the families lost everything in the flames.
Ally Magiliano, owner of ASAP Custom Prints and Apparel, was alerted to the fire by a neighbor at approximately 2:30 a.m. She immediately sprang into action and used Facebook to launch a donation campaign for the victims. Magiliano collected clothes, toiletries, sheets, towels, and kids’ items to help these families get through the next week. She also emphasized the need for school supplies and clothes for the children.
In addition to Magiliano’s efforts, Delshire Elementary School is also collecting gift cards to help parents with food and gas expenses as they work with the Red Cross. Anyone with donations can take them to either ASAP Custom Prints and Apparel or Delshire Elementary School. The community is coming together to support these families during their time of need.
