Lindsey Leake, a recent addition to Fortune magazine’s team, will be covering health and wellness. In addition to her work with Fortune, Leake is also a senior editor on the alumni editorial board of The Science Writer, the digital magazine of Johns Hopkins University’s science writing program. Her previous experience includes working at USA Today newspapers in Florida. She is a member of several professional organizations, including the Association of Health Care Journalists, National Association of Black Journalists, National Association of Science Writers, Society of Professional Journalists and Investigative Reporters & Editors. Originally from Washington, D.C., she currently resides in Florida and holds a Master’s in science writing from Johns Hopkins University, an M.A. in journalism and digital storytelling from American University, and a B.A. in Italian with journalism from Princeton University, as well as a Certificate in Translation and Intercultural Communication.
On the other hand, Chris Roush has an extensive background in business journalism. Prior to his role at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut as dean of the School of Communications , he was the Walter E. Hussman Sr. Distinguished Professor in business journalism at UNC-Chapel Hill . His journalism career included stints at Bloomberg News , Businessweek , The Atlanta Journal-Constitution , The Tampa Tribune and the Sarasota Herald-Tribune . He has authored two books
