Samsung, a global leader in technology, is readying to launch its latest flagship smartphone series, the Galaxy S24. The company has announced the promotion and release date of the phone, with the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, and Galaxy S24 Ultra models set to be released on January 17th, 2024 in San Jose, California. Customers can pre-order these devices starting from January 18th.
The prices of the new phones have not been disclosed yet but it is estimated that Samsung will follow a similar pricing policy to the Galaxy S23 series. The base model could cost around $900 while the higher-end models could be priced at $1000 and $1200 respectively. The company aims to increase its earnings in Q1 with the launch of Galaxy S24 which will run on One UI 6 based on Android 14 and feature specially developed artificial intelligence capabilities.
Samsung has also revealed that this year’s Galaxy Unpacked event will take place in San Jose instead of its usual location in New York. The event is expected to showcase the new features and capabilities of the Galaxy S24 series and generate excitement leading up to its launch date.
